How do I find my VIP or DISCOUNT CODE?

As a valued VIP member of Montissier, you will have received an email containing a discount code. To take advantage of your exclusive discount, simply locate that email and retrieve the code provided.

During the checkout process, you will find an allocated field to input the discount code. Enter the code exactly as it appears in the email to ensure it is applied correctly. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team at info@montissier.com

Please note, if you've unsubscribed from your VIP membership / email marketing, your discount code will no longer work.  Simply resubscribe and your membership and discount will be re-instated.

Are Montissier garments true to size?

Our Size Chart is on every product page and includes conversions for Australian, US, European, and UK sizing, making it easy for you to find the corresponding size. We recommend using a measuring tape to accurately measure your body according to the guidelines provided in the Size Chart.

What if I order the wrong size?

At Montissier, we understand the importance of getting the correct size and ensuring that our customers are completely happy with their purchase.

Being designed in Melbourne, we put a great deal of care into the fit & styling of our garments and want to ensure they look exactly as intended for our customers.

For that reason, Australian Exchanges & Returns are on us. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping within Australia. Our aim is to make your shopping experience hassle-free and ensure that you find the perfect fit and style.

Where does my order ship from?

At Montissier, we take pride in being an Australian owned and operated business. We ensure that every order is packed with care from our Melbourne warehouse.

For our Australian customers, we dispatch all orders using Australia Post. We provide a Tracking Number so you can easily trace the progress of your delivery and stay informed about its estimated arrival.

Do you do Express Post?

While all orders are FREE DELIVERY, if you need your order in a hurry, please select EXPRESS POST at checkout for a flat rate of $8.00. Please note the below statement from AUSTRALIA POST on the current status of EXPRESS POST:

26 April 2023- “While Express Post remains our fastest postal service, our next-business-day guarantee remains suspended as we adjust our network to challenges that have developed in the post-pandemic environment. We'll continue to review this situation and advise of any changes when we can.”

Do you deliver internationally?

We now deliver to New Zealand, USA, Europe, UK & Canada. Your order is delivered via DHL or FEDEX with all duties & taxes already paid so your parcel is delivered straight to your door, hassle-free. Freight is calculated at checkout upon inputting your address. The freight forwarder’s Tracking Number will be provided for your tracing purposes. Check our returns policy for any queries on International Returns.

When I go to pay with Afterpay, I’m automatically taken to Shop Pay. Why?

If you regularly shop online, your details are likely to have been saved by Shop Pay. They will automatically populate on the left side of the checkout page to make the process faster & smoother. However, if you’re choosing to use Afterpay, tick the 'Checkout as a Guest' checkbox at the bottom of that page. You’ll need to manually input your details during the checkout process and once you reach the payment section, you can select Afterpay as your preferred payment method. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team at info@montissier.com
