This document sets out the shipping policy for customers who purchase on www.montissier.com. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team on info@monitissier.com.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer free Standard shipping and returns within Australia and the USA. The option of Express shipping is provided at checkout.

International Shipping

Your order is delivered via DHL with all duties & taxes already paid so your parcel is delivered straight to your door. The freight forwarder’s Tracking Number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Order Processing Time

We endeavour to process all orders on the same day however, orders placed later in the day may be processed the following day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

You can track your order by downloading the 'Shop' app (powered by Shopify).
