Exchanges & Returns are free

We have a 14-day free return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange or Return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused, with swing tags intact, and neatly folded into its original packaging. 

Exchanges

We want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase so if you are unsure of colour, size or style, we are happy to exchange it until you get it right.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a refund - provided all return conditions are met.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  We don't accept returns on Gift Cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and will receive a notification of this from our system. Please remember to allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund into your account.

Returns Policy

SALE items or items purchased during a sale/promotional event can be returned or exchanged, but are eligible for an exchange or STORE CREDIT NOTE only.  

Returns must be within 7-days of the sale item(s) being received for all Australian and International customers.
